Francesco has opened his state of the art kitchen to people wanting to discover more about his cuisine. After a typical Italian breakfast with home-made breads, Francesco and his team will demonstrate and prepare with the guests a four-course meal. The menu preparation will be followed by a wine tasting with our Head Sommelier. The class culminates with a meal in the restaurant.
