Want to improve your cookery skills or expand your knowledge of Italian cuisine? Our classes are designed to cater for all levels of experience, from filleting fish to creating the perfect pudding.
Saturday 21st May – Fish and seafood master class at
Saturday 25th June – Dolci master class at L’Anima (£120)
Under the direction of our professional pastry makers, you will learn step-by-step about the ingredients and methods for making some of Italy’s most coveted desserts. Learn the building blocks of Italian desserts such as Pan Di Spagna (sponge cake), crema pasticciera (pastry cream), Pasta Frolla (shortcrust pastry). Create sweet pasticcini such as Cannoli, Zeppole, Torte di Caprese, Biscotti, Baba alla Crema & Tiramisu.
The course commences at 10am with coffee, tea, Italian pastries and a Prosecco Aperitivo. The duration of the class is approximately two hours and will be followed by a wine tasting in the Private Dining Room with our sommelier. The day ends with a three-course lunch with matching wines.
A certificate of completion will be given to all participants together with personalised goody bag.
