Francesco Mazzei uses exceptional ingredients from around Britain and Italy, interpreting dishes from Calabria, Puglia, Sicily and Sardinia. This southern influence reaches deep into the Mediterranean, with Moorish aspects revealing dishes with bold yet clean and distinct flavours.
L’Anima will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am, serving dishes
such as homemade double chocolate brioche, citrus fruit salad, Greek yoghurt
with honeycomb, to the complete Italian or English Breakfast.
