Bordering the City and Shoreditch, L'Anima was designed by famed architect Claudio Silvestrin. The open and inviting space boasts clean-cut, modern furnishing - a design that reflects the understated sophistication and quality of our seasonally-changing menu.
Our Southern-influenced cuisine reinterprets dishes from Sardinia, Puglia and Sicily. Meanwhile, our award winning wines champion environmentally friendly producers from less well-known regions of Calabria, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna.
Master classes 2016
Want to improve your cookery skills or expand your knowledge
of Italian cuisine? Our classes are designed to cater for all levels of
experience, from filleting fish to creating the perfect pudding.
Participants actively take part in all phases of the food
preparation. Our Chefs will share their cooking methods, techniques and guide
you through every step. Classes are held for a maximum of 15 people. If you

Saturday 17th September – Mottra Sterlet Caviar master class at L’Anima (£200)
Whether you want to serve it unadorned or cook with it, our recipes and buying tips will help you get the most from this luxurious ingredient.
The course commences at 10am with coffee, tea, Italian pastries and a Ruinart Champagne Aperitivo. The class lasts for approximately two hours and will be followed by a wine tasting in the Private Dining Room with our sommelier. The day ends with a three-course lunch with matching wines.
A certificate of completion will be given to all participants together with personalised goody bag.
